The Laboratory Services Division’s goal is to support our company mission through quality employees, deploying state-of-the technical systems and implementing sound management
processes. In the end, we provide all clients with business solutions supported by the broadest array of analysis and the most accurate results possible while keeping both cost and reporting turn-around times to minimums.
Our commitment to customer service begins with our experienced staff and is driven by our state-of-the- art technology. J&M Monitoring, Inc. employs a full staff of laboratory technicians who hold a degree in either biology or chemistry with previous laboratory experience. Experienced managers, who adhere to the guidelines set forth in the company’s QAPP Manual and Standard Operating Procedures, train each employee. J & M Monitoring, Inc. has equipped the laboratory with state of the art instrumentation which allow our experienced technicians to multi-task and better serve clients.
The accuracy of our results can only be achieved through a strong Quality Control / Quality Assurance program. Our program is based on the guidelines found in EPA SW-846 Manuals and Standard Methods for the Analysis of Water and Wastewater, 19th Edition as well as from various certifying officials.
